• Is alcohol allowed?

No alcohol of your own may be brought into the resort/parking area. All bags and gifts will be subjected to a search.

 

  • Are cooler boxes allowed?

Cooler boxers are allowed; however, no alcohol is allowed.

 

  • Are there Braai Stands?

Yes, there are Braai stands with grids provided at each picnic spot. The grids and braais are cleaned daily.

 

  • Is food allowed?

You can bring in your picnic baskets, food and cold drinks. 

We also have a tuck shop which provides Braai packs, Hotdogs, Toasted sandwiches, Boerewors Rolls and much more.

 

  • Can we bring in glass?

With so many bare feet running around our Resort, no glass/glassware is allowed. No glass/breakable salad bowls, glass sauce bottles or hubbly bottles are allowed.  Plastic is more than welcome.

 

  • Can we book a braai and picnic space?

Braai and Picnic space cannot be reserved up front or before the function date.

 

  • Can we bring in our own Braai Stand?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring in your own.

 

  • Is there shade?

Yes, there is an umbrella at each braai stand.  You may bring in your own Gazebo for extra shade.

 

  • Do you have lifeguards?

We have qualified lifeguards.  Always obey the lifeguards.

 

  • Do we need to make a booking or reservation?

No, your Computicket is your booking/reservation.

 

  • Can you purchase a Computicket and use it for any day?

No, Tickets are date specific and do not expire before the event.

 

  • If it rains can we get an alternative date?

No alternative dates can be arranged; however, tickets are refundable.  Check out our Refund Policy.

 

  • What does our entrance fee include?

Your Computicket includes the use of all our facilities.

 

 

  • When should we purchased tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at any time, however there are a limited amount of tickets on sale.

 

  • Can we pay cash at the gate?

Do not accept cash or card payments for tickets at the gate. Admission with Computicket only.

 

  • Can we exchange or Upgrade our tickets?

Exchanges and upgrades are allowed, however no downgrades. The difference in price is payable at the ticket office.

 

  • What type of swimming attire should I wear?

Only synthetic costumes or proper swimming attire may be worn in the swimming pools.  No clothes may be worn for swimming.

 

  • What time does the swimming pool close?

The swimming pools close at 16:30.

 

  • Does the swimming pool remain open during rain spells?

All swimming pools will remain open during rain spells, except in periods of lightning and thunderstorms. Strictly at management’s discretion.

 

  • If you book the Lapa, do you still have to pay the entrance fee?

Yes, the entrance fee is still applicable to all guests attending the function.

 

  • Can we use caterers:

Of course, you can use caterers, however no glass or glassware of any sort is allowed. No additional electrical appliances may be used.

 

  • Can we decorate the area?

You are more than welcome to decorate the area.

 

  • Are there electrical points?

There are no electrical points available at the resort.
